SC5 Cancellations by User
SC5.1 In the event that User cancels the aforesaid reservation –in whole or in part – Our Company shall apply the penalties detailed hereunder:
SC5.2 There is no refund, if User cancels reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date specified in the Lodging Proposal.
SC5.3 Full amount refund, If the user cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date specified in the lodging proposal, our Company will refund the reservation payment 30%.
