Hi Danny,

I want to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at the apartment #55 on 54th street. It was very clean, quite and so close to bustling Columbus Circle, gorgeous Central Park, lovely restaurants on 9th and 10th ave, and very well connected to the rest of the city.
 
We are recommending it to all my friends.

We had a great time in NY.  Walked our legs off but saw a lot.

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Manhattan last week at the 1 bedroom condo  
It was close to all of major tourist attractions, which allowed us to see all of the things we
had on our list for this visit. The condo unit was very comfortable for our group of 6, and
the beds were good for a very good sleep each night after being out all day.
 
We also discovered and enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which provided quite a view of the Manhattan
skyline.
 
With the good experience we had with you, we hope to be back soon to visit NYC and see
some more of that great city!

Just want to say thank you. Everything worked perfect with the apartment. The girl who showed us the apartment was very kind, the apartment was just as announced on the web and very clean.

It is by far the best we have stayed in when visiting NYC.

Review Title     : 174541 - Good location, good service

I would recommend this property to people looking for somewhere easy and compact to stay.  Good location 2 blocks from Columbus Circle Metro and the Park, accommodation was as described although we couldnt find the MP3 speakers (and didnt bother to ask the owners so its our own fault!).  Was clean enough, the shower wasnt particularly powerful but did the job.  Quite noisy neighbours but they quietened down early evening and clearly a little dog lives above as you could hear his claws scrabbling on the floorboards!

The owners were very accommodating and met us at 1.30am to give us the keys and take the balance of the rent, nice guys to deal with.

"This is a small flat but it does exactly what it says on the tin! The flat was clean and cosy and we enjoyed our stay there. It was near to the subway (4/5 minute walk) and pretty convenient for shops/restaurants. The bathroom was small but was quite well kept. The owner was pleasant and helpful. Good place to be if you want to be slightly outside of central manhattan but still very near to it - just 10 mins or so on the subway. Generally happy with the stay, pretty good value for money and would recommend to others"
